Independent workplace investigations

Independent workplace investigations are used by organisations to conduct formal investigations into complaints and allegations relating to inappropriate workplace behaviours including workplace bullying, harassment and discrimination.

Inquiries and assessments

Inquiries are conducted where potential or suspected underlying issues of inappropriate behaviours may exist within the workplace. An inquiry will identify the level of risk of workplace bullying, harassment or discrimination and appropriate action or interventions.
